October 23, 2020 • Fall Update III
Michele Zousmer • Shadow & Light Magazine
Happy Fall, reader?

We're just into Fall, the smoke is clearing, covid is dancing around, elections are looming, and RBG died.

I know it is a challenge to break into a smile these days, and it is hard to fake it, but let's try. Be kind. Be nice. Be gentle. Tomorrow is another day.

As you know, I participated in a group show at GalleryABQ, where there were 11 photographers presenting their work. It is a very good exhibit, with a lot of varied work from dancers to southwest scenics to Chihully bowls, to encaustic work, to ethereal trees, to dizzying abstracts, to compelling portraits, and much, much more! The show will be up until this Saturday at Noon. Check out the card, below, and give it a visit.

On October 10, I will be participating in another "Artist Market & Pop-Up Shop," across the street from OT Circus. I will have my "pop-up" in place 9:00am-1pm.

One of the participants in the above GalleryABQ exhibit, David Duplessie, will be having another opening at Modities, just down the street from OT Circus, October 2, 2020. His exhibit will have a new look for images from his Abstract Images portfolio. The show is up for only two days. Click here for info...

In the new Shadow & Light Magazine, Michele Zismer was the winner and one of her images (above) graces the cover of the September/October issue. Portfolio winners for that special issue are Greg Markstrom, Bobbi Lane, Jamie Johnson, Kirsten Fenton, and Elaine Heron.

Single Image Showcase winners are: Diana Bloomfield, France Leclerc, Irving Greines, Jacqueline Asplundh, JP Terlizzi, Olga Merrill, Ron Cooper, Terri Gold, Susan Hillyard, Vered Galor, Karen Tillison

It's not what is in front of the camera that counts, it's what is behind the camera that makes the difference!

Be well,
Tim
