This will be the last Update or Journal of 2022. It has been a wild ride as we all have seen a few wins and more than a few losses.
|
As the year went my plusses have been:
• Many, many more subscribers to Shadow & Light Magazine at the low annual price of $10!
• I have been invited to be a Guest Host for Kevin Dolley's Idube Photo Safari to South Africa and I already have two sign-ups! Call me HAPPY!
• I recently (today!) finished a new publication for E.E. McCollum, Mindful Matters. There are a few days left to get in on the pre-order price of $10. For that price you will receive a special portfolio, which will be removed for general distribution.
• I have now published 412 poems and stories on Medium
• In collaboration with David Duplessie (1955-2022) I have developed a new (to me) to exhibit my work in a new show without reflections that will be displayed at Curative Creative Studio in April 2023.
• The 2023 Shadow & Light Magazine Black & White CFE has gained many new entrants but entry will be closing January 5, 2023. You still have time!
• Shadow & Light Magazine picked up an annual sponsor, Red River Photo Paper

I think I will just stick with the wins. It would be a challenge to list the main losses and remain positive about 2023.
