We are now in the midst of preparing the next issue, March/April 2015, of Shadow & Light Magazine, and we are very excited about how the lineup is coming together.

If you will notice on the tab bar above, there is a new one, “Shadow & Light Podcasts.” Our initial podcast is my (Tim Anderson) interview with LensWork publisher Brooks Jensen. Brooks and I have been friends for almost 10-years, and have crossed paths in a variety of cities at a mixture of photo reviews and workshops. In this interview, besides a few laughs, I share how Shadow & Light Magazine came into being.

Earlier this month, we had each carved out some time for our long-awaited podcast. I hope you enjoy this audio presentation, and will look forward to more in the very near future.

• I also would like to point out that there are no more deadlines for our calls-for-entry. We will just “take them as they come” and select appropriate content.

• We are getting very close to selecting the next cover photographer. It is a welcome challenge that our Art Director, Ann Hart Marquis and I go through with each issue.
